I am a CEO of Eldolor Promet j.d.o.o., a company in food and beverage industry. Our company has 5 employees and serve clients in Zagreb, Croatia.

We had no web site and due to rising demand of online ordering we needed to create one.

What were your goals for this project?

We want to make more sales by the end of the year. We also wanted clean looking, modern and friendly design.

When we selected ICE STUDIO we had several online meetings, discussed marketing plan and our brand vision. ICE STUDIO came with some wireframes and concepts and the project begun. They also researched and selected images for our web and wrote a unique text.

We had a project manager and a designer to our disposal.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With this online shop we have an increase in overall sales (this year) by aprox. 30%.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager took care of the delivery of materials and all the necessary communication, both by phone and email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were amazed with the amount of data the contractor possessed - from web design, graphic design, SEO optimization to the interior design and sales tips. The team always responded quickly and efficiently.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We were very satisfied.
