We engaged iBlue Consulting to develop four products. Initially, we worked on mobile insurance and residential insurance, each with dedicated teams. 

1. Cellular Insurance: This product is a mobile insurance platform where customers input their mobile device details, and the platform generates quotes tailored to their needs. Customers can then purchase the best quote directly through the platform. 
2. Residential Insurance: The objective of this product is to provide comprehensive home protection, covering services from locksmiths to firefighters. This is all facilitated through a digital platform designed to offer the best user experience.
3. Protected Health: Developed in just 23 days during the pandemic, this product offers the convenience and safety of online consultations with top doctors. In collaboration with major insurance providers, we delivered an innovative and cost-effective experience. 
4. Pet Health: Building on the success of the protected health product, we created a similar offering for pets. This insurance platform, developed in 22 days, allows users to access tests, receive discounts at pet shops, and even schedule veterinarian consultations easily and affordably.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All four products were delivered within the agreed-upon deadlines, enabling us to conduct market testing and make necessary adjustments to our company's strategy.

iBlue Consulting used agile methodology for project management. The product owner from iBlue collaborated with us in defining the entire product strategy. By working in sprint deliveries, we successfully created MVPs for each product, allowing for the validation of our company's overall strategy.
