We specialize in marketing campaigns, including brand promotions, brandings, and digital marketing. We provide consulting services to our clients if they do not have an Internet presence, and we find trusted and suitable agencies to meet their needs.

What was the business challenge that you were trying to address when you approached iBlazing IT Services?

I have been in this business since 2010 and have worked with different outsourcing companies worldwide. I was never satisfied with the work of those companies and finally stopped taking work related to an Internet presence. But, after a year, I have again started in response to the special requests of our most important clients. I shared my requirements with many digital agencies and finally came across iBlazing IT Services. They really changed my perception of such companies. I have been working with iBlazing for two years now and am very happy with them. I even visited their offices in India.

What were your specific business goals in working with iBlazing IT Services?

I wanted to increase the brand awareness of my clients, as well as generate more revenue for my company.

What was the scope of your work with iBlazing IT Services? Can you describe the specific services provided?

One of my clients wanted to create a mobile app for the insurance industry that would facilitate customers getting insight into their insurance payments, benefits, and so forth.

What was your process in selecting iBlazing IT Services with which to work?

We initially contacted various companies across the globe to build this mobile application, but when I spoke with iBlazing IT Services, I realized that the company was really focused on client satisfaction. We started with a small pilot test, which we were completely satisfied with. We then decided to take them on board to complete the mobile application.

Can you give us a general estimate of the size of the project in dollar terms or personnel work hours?

We have spent somewhere between $25,000 and $50,000 working with iBlazing.

What was the timeframe of the project?

The project started in early December 2014, and was completed by the end of February 2015.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the results of the project?

We got a pixel-perfect design with robust functionality and no bugs. The performance of the app is excellent, with outstanding connectivity and smart use of Web services.

How did iBlazing IT Services perform?

They were outstanding. They were always prompt in their communication and delivered the app a week before the deadline. Their planning team is very experienced. They planned the project carefully and completed it successfully. They use industry-standard coding practices, which has always been my first priority when I assign a project to any team.

Two words: honesty and integrity. They would always go the extra mile to maintain client satisfaction.

Looking back on the project, do you have any constructive criticism? Is there any area that they could improve on or that you would do differently?

I don’t think they need to change anything.
