I’m the founder and CEO of K Kreations.

For what projects/services did your company hire WolfPackk, and what were your goals?

I had an idea I would hear online, as it sometimes leads to real-world altercations and violence. I created an app that allows people to take their issues online and let social media resolve them.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had a word of mouth from one of my friend and we had a word with the team, sat for a cup of coffee. Finalized the scoping and get to the rolling.

The app functions a lot like a game. Say my friend and I have been having a disagreement for over a year; the app lets us take our disagreement to social media and have everyone there decide whether my friend or I am correct. Then, the loser has to give the winner a gift card. The app has a digital wallet to hold the gift cards. Psychologically, people can deal with their animosity through the application by finding a resolution to their problem. They put everything together and we reviewed it all. During our get-to-know-you calls, they reviewed my background and grew to be close, like family.

I work with three people: Nebras (Senior Client Success Manager), Eric (UX/UI Designer), and Pollack organizes the work and designed the project with his development team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They’ve been amazing. All the visuals were only in my head when I brought them the ideas, and WolfPackk. brought them all to life. They were very patient as I articulated my idea in the beginning, and the quality they’ve given me is outstanding. Also, they’ve coached me along and given me more energy than I was expecting. I can ask them anything.

Everybody comes on time to our calls and brings great energy. Even though this is my first time working with an app development company, I’ve felt comfortable throughout the project. They started to feel just like family after the second or third meeting. They’ll show me what they’ve done, and I’ll add my comments. It’s been a really great experience working with them. They walked me step-by-step through the tools they use, and they were very patient about it. This has given me confidence that they can execute my vision. We communicate over Slack, Google Meet, and more.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were highly professional, so I felt confident investing in them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

My only wish is that I would’ve hopped on a plane and met them in person already. I really want to take them all out to dinner to thank them for what they’re doing to me. There’s only really been one change that we had to make, and that was turning the cash-out function from a barcode to a QR code. This wasn’t a big deal, however.

I was looking for expertise in two-sided marketplace development, and the options I found in the US were limited. Being a bootstrapped startup, I was also under a tight budget, so those options weren’t affordable. Thus, we decided to look for that expertise offshore, finding WolfPackk as a result.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

WolfPackk has helped us design and build our app. As for the technology stack, we’ve used an Angular framework and JSON code. We’ve also developed some custom APIs and integrated multiple other third-party APIs. As for the design work, we’ve used Figma to design the app entirely, including the storyboards and user journeys. WolfPackk has a very good design team dedicated solely to that part of the project. They base their designs on our requirements, and we collaborate to go through user journeys and user flow.

Our project is related to the Food Industry and we followed the SDLC and STLC with 04 major modules. Also, we’ve invested around $90,000.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I’ve worked with about 12–15 engineers from WolfPackk over the last year. Their team includes senior backend developers familiar with API development and integration, frontend engineers familiar with Angular, JSON, and UI/UX design, project managers, and a product owner.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We did our MVP launch in February 2022, and the response from the users has been great, helping us achieve lots of traction. WolfPackk has also taken the time to do research on its own and sat down with us for frequent check-ins after releasing the product.

We used Jira to log all of the bugs, and WolfPackk has an engineer assigned to manage those bugs. We typically refine those bugs according to the severity level to be handled in order of priority. We also use Basecamp to store the documentation and Confluence to build the user stories.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

WolfPackk was truly invested in our success. They do frequent check-ins to revise how many users are onboarding and interacting with our app and see the functionality of its features, which has been very beneficial for our product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would be great if they had onshore resources because the time differences are always challenging. However, I know that it isn’t always possible, and they’ve been able to overcome those challenges thanks to their promptness.

despite me not having signed a contract, they took $799 from me, refuse me access to my own purported site, the site is not active on google or anywhere else, and, I was forced to cancel my credit card when they threatened to charge me $1000 a month despite the site not being active anywhere...ABSOLUTE RIPOFF CIVIL THEFT

they lied to me throughout, and, stole my own access despite the contract I never signed saying I own the website AVOID WOLFPACKK.COM THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND ARE NOT BASED IN NEW YORK AS THEY FALSELY CLAIM, THEY ARE A FOREIGN ENTITY WITH A NORTH CAROLINA ADRESS...Everything they said was false and lies.

We searched several companies online and visiting. Out of many, we shortlisted WolfPackk after evaluating their proposal, previous clients, and digital media presence.

It is a beauty and grooming marketplace that helps millions of new clients search, discover, and book beauty and barber professionals. It’s the only booking platform that grows your revenue for you by helping you get exposure to new clients and earn more for appointments.

Total 06 resources worked with us that includes the Project Manager, Android Developer, IOS Developer, Backend, UI/UX Engineer, BA (with QA skills)

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Overall, it was an easy ride. Everything was managed via project management tool and they were kind enough to provide us the access. We used to do a weekly 30-45 minutes call and often my team visited them over the coffee to discuss the outcomes of the project and discuss the previous stand-off meetings.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was completed on time. They did some extra things as well, a huge shoutout to their backend developer for creating a flexible backend.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The took almost 3 weeks in completing the business document or functional document that was frustrating for us initially but it helped us and them to stick to the plan and work accordingly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall, everything was set apart but I think if they invest or hire people for marketing, it will be a plus.
