Hyperlychee was scoped to be our tech partner to create our mobile App from scratch, help us ideate the approach, develop, and execute the App end to end. The App is now live in all countries on App store and Android both. Subsequently, Hyperlychee is entrusted with continuing the journey with ongoing enhancements of the App with the goal of making it the global leader in its sub-category.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

App launched to our satisfaction, in a great time, quality, and cost. In the first 4 weeks of the beta launch, with $0 media spends, we have ~500 installs and 32 ratings of 5 Stars. The team's commitment goes beyond transactional relationships, which is rare in the industry. They have delivered a better app than we imagined, with fair timelines and without inflating costs.

Yes, the team has a can-do spirit, and their hard work is very visible. They make things happen. They are very responsive, almost 10-15 mins SLAs most times, and at max within 24h. Hands-on, which I think is needed for such a development project.

They get stuff done as true partners and transcend the transactional nature of the agency-client relationship. To me, this was crucial as they also stepped in as advisors when needed. We had many cases where the original scope, as envisioned earlier, had to change. This team, in their positive spirit, didn't even blink and agreed to get that done. That is usually very rare and is a strong asset.

Overall, I am very pleased with this partnership and HyperLychee's impact on our brand. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else: these guys are really good. To work effectively with them, one must be open to iterating fast instead of expecting everything laid out perfectly on the table at first instance.
