Hyper is a Zagreb-based creative agency with more than 25 years of experience turning brands into complete visual and digital experiences. Design sits at the core of everything we do — visual identity, packaging, and campaign creative are developed in-house by the same team that builds the technology behind them, which is what lets us carry a brand consistently from a logo to a fully functioning webshop.
On the technical side, we've spent 20+ years building e-commerce — and more recently m-commerce — solutions, with particular depth in fashion and footwear retail. We've developed our own proprietary commerce framework built for high-volume, high-complexity catalogs: a built-in PIM, a product discovery and merchandising engine for controlling how items rank on listing pages, a robust promotions engine (campaigns, promo codes, loyalty programs, gift vouchers, refer-a-friend), a powerful Solr-based search, and companion mobile apps with digital loyalty cards — all engineered to stay fast even at very large product volumes.
Beyond design and development, we work as strategic consultants — writing project specifications, building prototypes, and running training sessions in both digital and traditional marketing for client teams. Our client base spans international brands (Coca-Cola, L'Oréal, PLIVA, Podravka, Vetropack) to public institutions and Croatia's tourism and sports sectors, with many relationships spanning a decade or longer.
