I’m the CEO of an outsourcing company that’s based in Armenia. We partner with some of the largest gaming companies in the world and develop web portals for their games. We have about 70 employees.

They’ve helped us build a number of features, including a web leaderboard, blog functionality, user authentication, and a login and signup system. They’re using React.js for development. The gaming portal is being built from scratch.

We work with five people from their side. Our main contact person is their tech lead, who is now the CEO.

A recruiting company recommended Hydralab LLC to us. We had an interview with them, and we ended up liking their skills, which was why we hired them.

Their project management style is great. Whenever they fail to meet deadlines, they work overtime. For communication, we have daily standup calls and use Slack and email. We use Jira to manage tasks.
