• Light up a brand new DTC secure website with integration to existing ERP/CRM systems to support order processing, financial transaction, inventory management, and end user ease-of-use.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of work entailed a full evaluation of the existing systems, a user requirements workshop, functional design specification build with translation of the technical build requirements (leveraging company standard SDLC documentation),agile build with iterative testing, System and User Acceptance Testing, Business Readiness, and Go-live.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website was built with all user requirements specified and considerations for the UX requested by the end users. Security protocols were met to abide by company policies and well as transactional interface with our ERP system. Technical documents to support the build were also provided. The system performed as intended and successfully handed off to the business. While this effort was to take on an existing build, this effort required a full rebuild and previous implementation teams did not meet the needs of he business. User Acceptance is a key driver for our go-live efforts and acceptance was documented and signed off in accordance with company policies. This also included a hypercare peiod of 1 month to ensure stability of the system.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Scope, effort, resource allocations, and timeline were negotiated to abide by the business readiness requirements. On site travel and remote support was leveraged in order to meet timing. Hunters, in collaboration with our Project Management and Delivery Management, worked well together to deliver a product on-time and in full. Hunters provided internal project management, technical leads, as well as detailed quality support and leads for system troubleshooting, debugging, and staging environments for any production moves. HuntersConsult had no issues with scope changes if deemed necessary, and had flexible resourcing to meet project deliverables.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Turnaround timing and the "we can do this" attitude, as well as the ability to roll-up their sleeves and addresses issues, concerns, and changes as needed. Communication was exceptional and ability to work with our companies hours of operation reduced the need for time zone gaps in product delivery and communication. They were very detailed on tasks assigned and little to no deviation from task delivery timing. Very flexible to meeting our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something HuntersConsult could have done differently?

In regards to the project for Fort Collins, no changes.
