There were 2 applications - an environmental app, and a soccer app.

1. For the environmental app, following are the deliverables: 
   1. Calculate carbon footprints based on user's travel history and other activities
   2. Add sustainability reporting and carbon accounting
   3. Help Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and large organizations calculate carbon emissions under scopes 1, 2, and 3 in minutes, create baselines, and visualize performance via interactive dashboards.
   4. Monitor sustainable procurement practices & Measure diversity in procurement
   5. Create an intuitive interface for non-technical users
2. For Soccer Application, following are the deliverables: 
   1. Add different user roles - Player, Coach, Parent, Admin
   2. Player Management, Team Management & Performance Tracking
   3. Analytics Dashboard and Reports
   4. Notifications and Contact Systems
   5. Admin Portal and Content managemt

Overall, our experience was very positive, and there are no major areas that required improvement.

One suggestion, it would be to provide even more detailed documentation and user onboarding materials at the end of the project to help new team members become familiar with the platform more quickly.

Aside from that, the project was well-managed, communication was excellent, and deliverables were completed to a high standard. We would gladly work with the team again on future projects.
