BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of this personal project. I wanted to create a system where students can access all the course they've enrolled in till now and make their learning process easy.

For what projects/services did your company hire Humbee studio?

I saw the gap in the remote learning system where students find it difficult to access all the courses at one place. It is difficult to manage all the courses at a single place.

How did you select this vendor?

Students or Learners can add the link to the portal they've enrolled a course in and access it from one single system making it easy for them to manage all learning resources

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Team Humbee discussed the entire project objective with me. The objective is to provide easy access of all the courses they're enrolled into and also manage all learning resources associated with it. They stated with user research and validated the problem.

Conducting some user interviews, they crafted user personas and user journey which accurately defined the objective. They move forward with designing the prototype of the portal then started the actual development and implementation. With a scheduled testing plan, the portal was live in few months

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with Project Manager, The development head and a UI/UX team of two members.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I'm happy to get the expected deliverables which completed the objective of the project. Within 2 months of the launch , more that 150 users signed up on the platform to make their learning experience easy.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was easy to communicate with. The communication channels used were call, texts or email. They provided us the regular updates of the progress and status of the project. We were given the ample warning if the deadline couldn't met as we discussed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their Strategy and UI/UX skills were too good. They knew how to observe a problem and come up with the right solutions. Even better is the strategy they follow to achieve the objective along with the design skills. They care about users and how they are going to interact with the system.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would want to have more document reports on the project that helps me go through it again when in need
