The Shoutout Tracker App is a web-based platform designed to help marketing teams and agencies manage and monitor shoutout stories posted on behalf of clients via Facebook and Instagram Business accounts. The app enables users to log in using their social media credentials, track story performance, and maintain accountability through reminders and weekly reporting.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

100% story tracking from Facebook & Instagram Business accounts. Weekly reports delivered to clients with >95% success rate. Posting compliance improved to 90%+ through reminders. 10+ businesses onboarded with easy enrollment. Dashboard engagement by clients and admins weekly. Reduced manual work, saving teams several hours per week.

 Their team was very responsive and had a prototype up within 48 hours for proof of concept. This was a custom application I needed that was very specific and required information from Instagram - something I wasn't sure was possible. They not only over delivered, they made great recommondations for expansion for future and worked out all of the hiccups in a timely manner to have it run smoothly.

Hubex completely rewrote our aging enterprise management application using Rails 5.0. They added new features, developed a new and improved user interface, new test framework, improved responsiveness. The old application had become brittle, very slow and bloated, and we were losing our support and maintenance provider. Hubex will provide ongoing support and maintenance with the new application.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• The work was broken down into a number of 2-week sprints. Progress and deliverables were reviewed at the end of each sprint. A UAT site was deployed with each sprint which allowed for client testing and evaluation.

The project management was excellent. Communication was clear, deliverables were met. Hubex has a strong methodology and adhered to it. The project manager always responded overnight to any questions or issues. They were very flexible with design changes and additions to the scope. Very amenable to our suggestions on design points.

The team was very approachable and flexible. It was clear that the communication and teamwork were good. They had a good sense of humor!

Are there any areas for improvement or something HubexTech could have done differently?

We are very happy with the process of this project as well as the end result. We worked with a 12-1/2 hour time difference between Lahore and California.

This meant that review meetings took place at 7 am California time and at the end of the workday in Lahore. This actually worked quite well. It meant that the US-side had a full business day to do testing and provide feedback, and that feedback could then be reviewed and responded to by the time we go to work the next day. This actually accelerated the development process.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started the engagement with a series of meetings and discussions about the site’s concept and our requirements. Their technical team then shared insights on how we could achieve what we were looking for and provided us with a proposal. They then started the solution’s development process, during which we did demos and added additional features. They also developed an accompanying mobile app for iOS and Android. They used Node.JS for the backend and Vue.js for the marketing side. They also used Google servers and Geolocation APIs.

I’ve worked with two mobile developers, three backend developers, one frontend developer, one QA specialist, and one DevOps specialist from HubexTech.

We’ve acquired over 2,500 users within a year of the solutions’ launch. We also receive booking requests from more than 1,000 users per month.

How did HubexTech perform from a project management standpoint?

HubexTech has performed well in terms of project management. They stay in constant contact with us and are proactive in providing unique insights and recommendations to solve the issues that arise.

We use Slack and Zoom to communicate and Trello and Jira for project management.

What challenge were you trying to address with HubexTech?

We needed help developing a mobile app that integrates a sophisticated AI-powered chatbot. This chatbot would be designed to engage users in natural, conversational exchanges, providing personalized support and information based on user queries. The app would feature a sleek, user-friendly interface, allowing easy navigation and access to various functionalities. Additionally, the chatbot would leverage machine learning algorithms to continually improve its responses and adapt to user preferences, enhancing overall user experience. Key functionalities might include instant interactive tutorials and personalized recommendations, making the app a valuable tool for its users.

What was the scope of their involvement?

HubexTech provided us with a UX strategy, UI design, and AI development. The main deliverables for the project included:

UX strategy document: A comprehensive outline detailing user personas, journey maps, and usability goals to guide the design process.

UI design mock-ups: High-fidelity visual designs for the app, showcasing the layout, color schemes, typography, and interactive elements.

Prototype development: An interactive prototype demonstrating core functionalities, allowing stakeholders to visualize the user experience and provide feedback.

Usability testing reports: Findings from user testing sessions, including insights from participants on navigation, features, and overall satisfaction, along with actionable recommendations.

Refined RAG model: An upgraded version of the Reinforcement Learning with Augmented Generation model, complete with enhanced algorithms for better content generation and user alignment.

Every delivery arrived right on schedule, ensuring that I could rely on their punctuality for my projects. This level of efficiency made a notable difference in my overall experience, allowing me to plan accordingly and maintain productivity without any delays.

Every week, we held a detailed update meeting to discuss the project's progress. During these sessions, we reviewed key milestones, addressed any challenges encountered, and outlined our goals for the upcoming week. As a result of these weekly meetings, we observed several specific improvements and tangible results.
