For what projects/services did your company hire htmlBurger, and what were your goals?

We needed a brand new website on HubSpot and wanted to find a web dev partner experienced in the HubSpot environment. HtmlBurger seemed like a great fit. We aimed to develop a high-performance website based on designs provided by us that would work equally well on desktop and mobile devices. HtmlBurger was able to not only meet, but also exceed our expectations.

We wanted to make sure that we're all on the same page and that our partner will be proactive in their actions. HtmlBurger's high working ethics, independence and technical skills were crucial to develop a website that is working properly and supporting our sales efforts.

After providing a Figma layout, htmlBurger's team researched the best approach to make our vision into a real website. Their quote was precise and accurate both in terms of pricing and timeline and that was a key factor for us. They were able to develop a scalable and selling HubSpot website that from day 1 started attracting new clients for Digiffic's services.

Our main person of contact was a Project Manager that was always responsive and provided detailed answers to any questions we had. We also communicated with a developer working on our website to answer technical questions and clarify some aspects of how the website should be built, which was a nice surprise because it made it clear that htmlBurger cares not only about delivering the project but also about making sure that our website actually does what we need it to do in a way we want it.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have a brand new website on time and within budget. It increased our conversion rate and supported lead generation process. It also impacted our brand's image on the market.

We used htmlBurger's internal communication platform, which was convenient since in one place we could manage billing, project details, timeline and the entire communication. I'll definitely try to incorporate some of their strategies and tools into our business.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It's not the first web dev/web design company we've been working with, but they're the only ones that focused so much on delivering the promise. I'm really impressed that the budget, timeline and code quality was just as promised in the initial offer. No additional costs, no requests to extend the timeline and no fixes required after pushing the website live is something that made us want to work with htmlBurger in the future. And we did.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There really isn't. They're flexible, and professional and provide just an excellent customer experience. I recommend working with them to anyone who asks.

I am the owner of a software company. I am also the primary architect and full-stack developer.

We had an application design and mockup created by another firm and needed to have the design turned into a pixel-perfect, web-based UI representation. There were also elements of the application that needed some light coding and scaffolding of the React components.

How did you select htmlBurger and what were the deciding factors?

I came across their website when looking for companies to provide Mockup to CSS/HTML conversion services. After engaging with them for a quote, I liked their customer service, attention to detail, and was ultimately satisfied with the price they offered for the project.

I engaged with them via an online form and provided the initial scope of the project (mockup conversion using HTML/CSS/React) and a link to the mockups. I was contacted first by Simeon who then introduced me to Nick as the team lead for the engagement.

Nick was very helpful and thorough in ensuring the details for the deliverable. Only a few emails were necessary to lock down what was required. Nick then presented a schedule and an estimate. The project started.

Nick provided an update midway through and provided that materials in the current state at the time. The project was delivered in full by the specified estimated date.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were only two individuals, Simeon was the first point of contact and Nick was the manager on the React team. I would assume other developers were involved in producing the deliverable but I had no direct contact with anyone else.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The deliverable was a pixel-perfect representation of the original mockup with a collection of React components inside a React application.

I was very impressed with the attention to detail of the visual representation, all the interactive pieces we discussed were included, and there were some added visual rendering capabilities included with the charting component while retaining the original design.

I was able to take the React application, as is, and start to hook up our backend services and begin using the components with only minor adjustments.

Very attentive, quick to respond, and overall generally very easing to work with. The initial communication was via email with the inclusion of an internal project management tool where the bulk of the communication took place. Their PM tool was easy to work with, no complaints there.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They delivered as advertised. I had never used their services before and had no trusted referral source. I took a chance and was extremely happy with the results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would say, no. As mentioned earlier, I took a chance in using their services, was very happy with the outcome, and would use their services again without question.

I tried another cheaper service that didn't work well. HTML burger had good reviews and a professional online appearence.

There were some bugs that they should have caught in QC, but they solved those quickly once I pointed them out.
