They successfully increased our Shopify sales, brand awareness and reduced the abandoned carts.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very easy with a weekly or bi weekly call to get updates and amend copy, targeting or spend for campaigns quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They go beyond the scope of work and didn't charge extra as they want to work and do the best for the client. For example they setup Klaviyo emails for us without extra charge and helped us manage them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

TikTok could be an area for improvement but they had only just started to provide this service and I'm sure they are much better now.
