I'm the founder of a printing company that makes boxes for different sweet shops.

We needed help with packaging design for one of our products.

What is the scope of their involvement?

Hotbot Studios is designing our packaging from scratch based on the colors we gave them. Their work includes creating boxes, including the logo positioning, so our brand value and message come out loud.

What is the team composition?

We work with two members of their team, including Harshpreet (CEO) and a designer, who work with us to coordinate everything.

How did you come to work with Hotbot Studios?

A friend referred them to me.

So far, we've invested around $5,000 with them.

What is the status of the engagement?

We began working together in March 2017, and the engagement is ongoing.

Our customers have liked Hotbot Studios' design. Overall, we're impressed by their services, and that's why we have a long working relationship.

How did Hotbot Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication is great, and they always meet our expectations. Regarding tools, we use email and text.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Whenever we want their service, they're always there. Moreover, their follow-up assistance is phenomenal.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They've been perfect for us, but they could expand their ability to speak other languages.

I am the founder of the company and we are a printing agency which prints boxes as per requirements from different industries.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hotbot Studios, and what were your goals?

We had looped in hotbot studios for designing boxes for our clients based on the given dimensions and specifications. While dealing with ever changing design language and specifications are a challenge for anyone in the industry they made the process smooth and impeccable.

How did you select this vendor?

We found hotbot studio's Facebook post which popped up in our suggestions and which is where we sort of started talking to them and had a wonderful 5 years of coworking experience.

The scope of work is very simple. - Understand the shop's moto - Understand the theme requirements - Create a design version - Get the design approved - Finally if approved setup the design with the dimensions of the boxes. - If not approved then re create a better design

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes i can but those are creatives / images in the format of an image file.

Impeccable project management as they created a channeled workflow and communicated everything very much immediately over the phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They always had a dedicated person to respond to your queries almost immediately without any delays.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No i honestly don't think so, just that we would wish these bunch of talented folks a speedy growth.
