Limited, the Corporate Event Management company head quartered in Bangalore, managed end to end from marketing, communications, branding, event management, promotions and our flagship ultra luxury property launch in Bangalore, India. The Event included special invites, direct mailers, audience acquisition, branding management, floor plan designs, gala dinner, building launch, press conference, entertainment & more. During other internal events Host India Events helped in Team building, Sports events, Experiential marketing, Booths and Demo zones. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

-Appreciations from the audience, prospects about all the aspects of HostIndia's deliverables. The Naming, Logo, Marketing Collaterals were appreciated.

-The Property launch was one of the best in India and was apprecaited by one and all

-The Property was covered in all leading news papers & was a super success with 90% sales in record time.

Excellent Timelines maintained and Great Response through-out the Project. We have been using them time and again now.

Their deliverables included creatives print and digital and all collaterals. Event stage set & decor, team/audience engagement & conference logistics.
