I’m an IT manager at Al-Saad Group Company for Investment and Development.

What challenges were you trying to address with Horizon Information Technology?

We hired them to develop a software system for us. We needed a solution that would help us manage documents more efficiently.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had an initial meeting with Horizon Information Technology, during which we gave them our requirements. They then provided a solution and customized it based on our needs.

We’ve requested for them to supply a server and make data points. They’ve also helped us with some of our IT infrastructure needs.

What was the team composition? 

We work with at least five people from their team.

How did you come to work with Horizon Information Technology?

I found Horizon Information Technology through an online search. I then contacted a friend of mine who knew them and provided positive feedback about their company. Based on that, we decided to work with them. 

What is the status of this engagement? 

We started working with them in October 2020, and it’s an ongoing collaboration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The system is functioning well. Before we had this system, our internal processes took a lot of time and were not that efficient — but now, our company’s overall performance and position have improved.

How did Horizon Information Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

As soon as we contact them, they respond to us immediately. Their team has also been very helpful. For communication, we use our internal management tool.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with the results of the project; it’s been very successful.
