We needed to develop a complete AI-powered food ordering ecosystem, including a responsive website and mobile applications, to streamline food discovery, ordering, and customer engagement while improving operational efficiency and user experience.

What was the scope of their involvement?

HORIZAM has designed, developed, and deployed the complete digital platform for EatsAI, including the corporate website and cross-platform mobile applications. The project has covered UI/UX design, frontend and backend development, API integrations, database architecture, user authentication, order management workflows, payment integration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. The team has collaborated closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into a scalable and user-friendly solution. The website has been optimized for performance, responsiveness, and search visibility, while the mobile applications have been built to deliver a seamless ordering experience across devices. Additional responsibilities have included quality assurance, bug fixing, performance optimization, security implementation, and ongoing technical consultation to support future growth and feature expansion.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

HORIZAM has successfully launched web and mobile platforms with seamless ordering workflows, improved user engagement, reduced ordering friction, enhanced customer experience, and provided a scalable foundation for business growth and customer acquisition. We’ve had great customer reviews and five-star ratings on the App Store. We’ve also seen modest engagement with the apps, but we haven’t done any marketing yet.

How did HORIZAM perform from a project management standpoint?

HORIZAM’s project management has been great. They’ve delivered on time. We communicate via virtual meetings and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

HORIZAM has implemented some features I didn’t even think of.
