Hollium did a website for me; I provided some previous documentation to them so they could have initial guidance. The platform features information about solar systems, including the material I did and delivered to them.

The site they delivered was good, and I liked it a lot.

How did Hollium perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management with them was perfect, and they did a great job. In terms of communication, we used an online chat — they were very responsive and led the whole project for us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The pricing and quality of their products were outstanding.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm one of two owners of a private physical therapy clinic in Norway. We specialise in diagnostics and treatment of orthopaedic and sportsrelated injuries.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hollium, and what were your goals?

Our clinic was in a process of expansion, and we needed a website to better show our services and with a clear CTA.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online, both in Norway and international. After shortlisting 3 companies, Hollium showed themselves as the ones with the best responsetime, simplest solutions to our problem and a good price. The service they then delivered were way beyond what the competitors offered.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We discussed details online, including som examples of simmilar sites. They then created a wirefram within a short time. After some short discussions the wireframe was decided and the development started. There were always clear feedback from them on how far they had gotten and what changes that could be done underway. Delivery were done 3 weeks before deadline, with plenty of time to do minor tweaks based on feddback from us.

The projectmanager were our main point fo contact. There also was a full-stack developer working on the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have gotten alot of positive feedback on the site - especially in regards to how easy it is to manouver. Easy to find the needed information and a clear CTA. We already have multiple new bookings as a result of the new website.

We had daily communication through email. The projectmanager responded faster then what could be expected, and everytime with a good answere to our questions or already noting that what we asked for had been fixed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a professional website that was easy to manouver and with a clear TCA. Their services had been absolutely splendid. Even when war broke out in Ukrain - where they lived - they still delivered on time and with impeccular service.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None at all.

I had a meeting with them to discuss the objectives and design of the website. Shortly after, I was provided with mock-ups. After a few alterations, the team completed the design and developed the website. They were still in touch with me after finalizing the website in case more changes were needed.

I worked directly with the web developer.

My clients and I loved the design and user-friendliness of the website.

They responded to my every request very quickly and went above and beyond to make me happy about the website.
