HOI did a fantastic job with all things tech related to my company and me specifically as the CEO who lacks tech experience. Sarah is the point person who handled the project organization, timeframes, milestones, budget, payments and feedback. She works hand in hand with her lead developer Chris who definitely knows his software coding.

What is great about dealing with HOI Solutions is their ability to seamlessly deliver my desires and vision in the form of a game app for Android and also iPhone in addition to a very artistic website which shows the flavor our company wants to portray. In addition HOI was excellent when adhering to time tables and promised deliveries. Rare in my experience.

Lastly Sarah was outstanding with her non stop customer service be it via email, text or phone call. Chris is a busy guy yet he took the time to speak with me and others on our team on multiple occasions. HOI charges a fair price for its services. Yes overseas will be cheaper but the combination of local USA time frames, no language barrier, no cultural barrier and also the most quality work is impressive. Their fees are well worth it! With HOI the client DOES get what he pays for.

Fanastically artistic,functioning and user friendly website. Truly beautiful implementation of a concept for a visual and user journey with a game app. The company delivers a translation of my concepts to 2 actual products-1 website and 1 game app.

All time frames and timelines were reasonable, delivered on time and actually several times were EARLY. I mean when does that ever happen? Organizationally I the client dealt with 1 point of contact-Sarah. She made it very efficient to explain and correspond with erh for all needs. She then ran her own team(s) for the actual work.

Communications wise Sarah started working at 7am constantly and was easily reachable on a daily basis. Easily. This would be by telephone call, text or email. This is fantastic. It truly helps put the client's mind at ease knowing that a live person will be available to handle client needs regardless of how simple or challenging.

The ability to take my thoughts, ideas, concepts and translate to 2 actual, working products. In addition I have zero backgroud in technology or IT. Thus the company's explanation of how things work is very helpful and effective for me.

My only gripe is to have more payment methods available for the client for example VENMO and ZELLE.

We had a tough challenge building a native app for Android and iOS. The whole project was divided into several steps. In the first step, a brand new version of the app has the same functionality as the old one had to be designed. 

The other steps involved the following: publishing the app on the stores, gradually migrating users from the old version into the new one, developing new features, and introducing upgrades to the new app.

We have launched an updated version of our application and it is now undergoing a user migration phase. Our clients noted the great usability and functionality of the new app.

Right now, we’re working on an e-learning website that students can log into to study French and Spanish. HOI Solutions designed developed the website, and they’ve been doing both the front- and backend. Initially, they started out with Linux, and then they moved over to C++.

We were satisfied with the results they've delivered. There a few bugs now, and everything has turned out okay so far. It’s been a long journey, but it’s been worth it. I’m very happy working with them.

There’s a time difference between us and we’ve had a few miscommunications. Sometimes they do their work ahead of time. We mainly communicate via Skype.

I researched the internet for website design and development companies, shortlisted 4 web development vendors with suitable portfolios, and talked to their technical developers and business consultants. Three factors that immensely helped me pick HOI Solutions over other vendors were their responsiveness, innovative ideas for scaling my business digitally, and the results they had delivered for other clients.

I already had a website, but it wasn’t generating any leads or sales. I also thought the overall look and feel of the website could be improved. We started with identifying areas that needed urgent fixes and other areas that needed slight improvements. Then we set expectations of the revamping project and the results they would deliver within the timelines.

They showed me the first round of design changes on the website. Upon my approval, they got the content ready. Content with the design was put into development, and after thorough quality checks, the website was launched

• The quality of their work was exceptional, which impressed us greatly. Although the project could have been completed a month ahead of schedule, additional changes were requested that expanded the scope of work, resulting in delivery one month later than the originally planned date.

 The budget wasn’t the issue. The problem was finding a company that could understand what we wished to display on the website. Their cost for the quality of work was justified. We included custom features that were not in the initial design, but the price was fair. They did a good job all in all. Therefore, I will refer them to my friend for a similar service.
