We hired Hocrox Infotech to create the proof of concept for our primary product. We will rely on their technical consultancy to make the final product in future.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to build a real-time ad tracking video platform that would simultaneously stream and monitor all ads from various vendors playing on every screen.

How did you select this vendor?

We selected them via a reference from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU).

The portal they built allowed us to manage our ad streaming infrastructure and track ads in real time. In addition, geotagging capabilities enabled us to run location-specific ads. Hocrox currently maintains the server. 

What was the team composition?

We communicated directly with a project manager. I am not sure how many people were assigned.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

I don't have any metrics at the moment, as the project is confidential.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their self-hosted GitLab was amazing for project management, and their execution was superb.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were most impressed by their office culture. Not only is their team as a whole incredibly productive, but the project manager himself worked with us around the clock to make our dream a reality.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I saw no areas for improvement. I was satisfied with their services.

I worked with Bhawani (Java Developer, Hocrox Infotech) and Sahil (Java Developer and Senior Executive), who worked on the server. I also worked with a UI/UX designer and a business analyst.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I used the product they created for my in-house needs and that worked well until my business needs changed. I intend to hire them again for mobile app development.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They worked around the clock for me and I was highly satisfied with their effort and their system of project reporting.

Their dedication and their innovative problem-solving skills.
