Every engagement starts with a scoping call, not paperwork. A recruiter and account manager join the first call together to understand the role, your team, your GTM stage, and what "good" looks like. Within 48 hours you receive a written search brief for sign-off. Sourcing starts immediately after. Most clients see a first shortlist within 5-10 days.

Time-to-shortlist is typically 2 to 5 days depending on role complexity. Time-to-hire on complex international searches averages 10 days while US based is 25. We're a same-day network, so sourcing starts the moment scoping is signed off. No waiting for a job req to hit a job board.

Flat monthly retainer, all-in, month-to-month. No placement fees. No long-term contracts. You cancel when the hire is done, or you keep us on to run the next search. Pricing depends on role seniority and starts at $2,500/month for junior roles and scales to $5,000+/month for senior SaaS operators.

Our recruiter network sources primarily from the United States, South Africa, Latin America, and Ethiopia. Talent is fully embedded with your team on your timezone. For senior US-based operators, we source domestically.

Because we're month-to-month with no placement fees, there's no long tail of risk on either side. If a hire underperforms, we source a replacement as part of your existing retainer at no additional cost. Our incentive is to place talent that stays, not talent that hits a 90-day guarantee window.
