I’m an accountant at Cronnor Assessoria Contábil, an accounting, tax, and business advisory services company for small and medium-sized businesses and individuals in Brazil.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Hikari Hub to accomplish for your accounting and advisory business?

We hired Hikari Hub to develop a custom client portal that would modernize how we deliver accounting and tax services, allowing us to issue invoices, manage client documents, and communicate with clients online. We also wanted to improve our online presence and reduce manual, paper-based processes.

SOLUTION

Can you describe the scope of their involvement in this project?

Hikari Hub has built a full custom software platform for our firm, covering the entire client-facing operation. Main deliverables include a client and admin portal with role-based authentication, live invoice issuance functionality, document upload and management for clients, an admin dashboard with real-time KPIs and task management, payment processing integration via Mercado Pago, WhatsApp Business integration for client communication, website copy and content for our tax services (MEI and personal income tax), full technical documentation of the system, and a phased 3-wave rollout to our client base of around 130 clients. They’ve also conducted technical and SEO audits and set up our company's digital presence on LinkedIn and Google Business Profile.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The platform has been successfully rolled out across our full client base of around 130 clients through a phased 3-wave launch, starting with an internal pilot before expanding externally. Invoice issuance has moved from manual processes to being fully live and operational within the platform. We’ve also resolved key technical and SEO issues that were affecting our online visibility, including broken social media link previews and missing search engine markup, improving our site's discoverability and presentation.We don't have hard numbers to share yet since the platform is still in its rollout phase, but internally, the team has noted a smoother client experience, with clients able to issue invoices and access documents without needing to contact us directly for routine requests.

How did Hikari Hub perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication with Hikari Hub has been direct and consistent throughout the project. Given the platform's complexity and the fact that it's an ongoing, evolving system rather than a one-off deliverable, work has been managed iteratively, with priorities adjusted as new requirements come up (like the WhatsApp integration changes). Deliverables have been completed reliably as the scope has been defined, though the project has been more of a continuous partnership than a fixed-deadline engagement.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out the most is having a single team handle everything, including development, content, technical documentation, and digital marketing, without us needing to manage multiple vendors. Hikari Hub understands our business as an accounting firm, not just as a generic software client, and has built a platform tailored specifically to how we actually work, rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. Their responsiveness and willingness to adapt the scope as new needs come up, like our WhatsApp communication requirements, also make the process feel like a true partnership rather than a typical client-vendor relationship.
