Our company is also located in Danang and has 100% investment from Korean but holding company is in Busan, Korean Our main work is focusing on installing elevator, besides we are exporting materials to US, Russian, China I am a sale assistant for director

We were updating AI technology for our products but before doing AI we needed to process a lot of images. That was the reason why we approached them

We needed them to classify the images we requested and delivery in deadline

We searched on Google with title "bpo companies in Danang" and found out them. Actually we saw the other companies, considered 3 companies and decided to choose them because they had suitable quotation for us We contacted them through website first and then lead to representative director

Describe the project in detail.

We had numerous images to do and need them to classify images which is suitalble For example, some images are escalator, some images are elevators for cargo, some images are elvators for hospital, some images are elevator for moving walking But they are contained in 1 folder, they have to created every folders for every types and then copy them to suitable the folder

We signed contract with director and then discussed or managed through leader of projects

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a week (5 days working), we got 300,000 images with 95% accuracy

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Actually, my direct speak english not very well but can understand popular words, during processing the project we felt easy to communicate with them and they always asked us when they got any troubles

The most impressive was that they kept our information confidential. We think it is safe to deliver them our materials they assure that our materials was considered as confidential information
