Given the change of technology stack reviewing the customer experience to ensure we're not degrading functionality. Supporting the team to upskill into Blazor, showing the team best practicises etc...

HI Technology have been key in us realising our product/technology goals. They always respond efficiently and effectively to anything raised, if not dealing with things ahead of us even raising them.

The model of having a technical lead supporting the developers sitting in the background has been unique, but invaluable. This has taken stresses and commitments off other members of the team which has allowed us focus on other priorities and keep the project accelarating.

Are there any areas for improvement or something HI Technology & Innovation could have done differently?

I'm struggling with this question, as I'm not sure we could have had a better experience.
