We hired HEXOVATIVE to design and develop a complete e-commerce website for our brand. The scope of work included designing the overall website layout and user interface, building the online store with product listings, categories, and a checkout/cart system, ensuring the site was mobile-friendly and easy to navigate, and setting it up to be ready for customers to browse and purchase products. In addition to the website, we hired them to manage our digital marketing through Meta Ads, covering both Facebook and Instagram. This included setting up ad campaigns, creating ad creatives, targeting the right audience, and managing/optimizing the campaigns to drive traffic and sales to the store.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since launching the website and Meta ad campaigns, we've seen positive change in our online presence and sales. The website has helped us showcase our products professionally and receive online orders directly through our store. Our Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns have generated large amount of traffic/reach and resulted in great of orders/inquiries since they went live. Overall, the project has helped us establish a strong online sales channel and reach new customers through social media

Whenever we had questions or wanted changes — whether to the website design or the ad targeting/creatives — they were responsive and addressed our requests promptly.
