HenkTek is a managed IT and cybersecurity provider in Fort Myers, Florida, serving small businesses across Southwest Florida since 2010. We keep it simple for small offices: flat monthly pricing, plain-English answers, and problems caught before they become outages.
Day to day we handle managed IT support, co-managed IT for companies with an in-house tech, cybersecurity (endpoint protection, managed detection and response, email security), business Wi-Fi and networking, data backup and disaster recovery, Microsoft 365, computer repair for offices, IT consulting, and a help desk where a real person picks up. We also build and maintain websites for local businesses that want one vendor for everything.
Most of our clients are dental and oral surgery practices, medical offices, accounting firms, law offices, and contractors. Dental and medical clients get HIPAA-minded setups: practice-management and imaging software support, encrypted backups, access controls, and documentation.
We work with businesses only, by appointment, and publish our hourly rates on our website. New requests get a same-business-day response. When remote support is not enough we drive out to Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Naples, Estero, and Lehigh Acres. Call (239) 234-2334.
