I was looking to develop a website with a booking engine for a guided tour agency. The website was designed on Figma and included tour pages, blog, booking engine and flexible pages. The backend modules included:

The Henceforth PM team is probably the most responsive and reactive team I've ever encountered during my 10+ years career as a UX designer. They always responded to my questions and doubts within a couple of hours including weekends. HenceForth Solutions Pvt Ltd was really reliable and a part of the team.

The ability to develop pixel perfect websites that follow the design requirements and business requirements. They solve problems you didn't even know you had and have the quickest development team I know.

Sometimes they are too perfectionist and I had to wait, but never too much

They helped me develop PUDO app. The purpose of the app is to allow people living across cities to share rides with passengers leaving and going to the same destination. 

it allows drivers to schedule their rides upfront and they can charge any amount they want to charge. 

Users can record both video and audio from the app. This feature make PUDO stand out from other traditional and popular transportation apps.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

we found through a referral and considered them along with 5 others vendors. Because the project is such a high priority , we needed result driven partner that was committed to providing customer support.

They designed and developed drupal based business management solution. we first started with a discovery workshop to go over our business challenges they send us designs and mockups to approve before starting the production. They completed the project in 2 weeks which allowed us to test function and give feedback.

There were 4 people in the core team, including project manager, 2 designer and 2 senior developers. Other resources would come and go depending on the project need

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

An authentic store for checking the authenticity of shoes. Fake athletic gear and footwear have become major issues, and this online platform is here to counter them. Users can quickly authenticate shoes and determine whether the shoes they purchased are real or fake with expert assistance.

Streetwear enthusiasts are finding authentic products with features like selling second-hand products. This platform enables users to maintain product transparency while ensuring safe payments and straightforward processing using easy sign-up and login methods

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The Project Management was great especially compared to other's vendors we have worked with. They regularly met deadlines and we never had unexpected turnovers. we communicated through skype, jira & github.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had direct access to whole team which made it easier to communicate our ideas. Things can be lost in translations if you are only talking to a project managers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

While the quality of work was great they could have been more diligent about documentation. I have told the project manager and their team is working on this, now.
