I’m the owner of Rejuvi IV, P.C., a nutritional therapy clinic.

What challenge were you trying to address with Weblii?

We had a website but it wasn’t the one I wanted. As such, we needed Weblii to design our website. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I told them what I was looking for and what I would like to get from my site. The Weblii team also discussed marketing codes with us. They already completed our website, but from time to time they still implement changes. We’re also working on a new drip that we’ll soon offer to our clients, so I’ll be in touch with Weblii again to add that to the website.

What is the team composition?

We’re working with Roman (Founder). He’s the one discussing the changes and relaying other information vital to the project.

How did you come to work with Weblii?

I searched for several companies on Google. When I found Weblii, I noticed that they had very high expectations and when we talked to them, it just made sense. We saw that they were genuinely interested in our project, and they were not just in it for the money. I remember other companies asking us for $12,000–$15,000 so that they could develop our website, but it was a good thing that the team offered an affordable price to us. That was the reason why we hired them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $4,000–$5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in April 2017, and we’re still working with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I have high expectations and Weblii has been able to exceed that on every front. I’m so happy with their work, and I’ve received a lot of positive feedback from third-party clients about the appearance of my platform. We now have a user-friendly website — it’s easy to read and understand. 

How did Weblii perform from a project management standpoint?

We stay in touch with Weblii through phone and email. I’ve never felt rushed with Weblii; they’ve always been patient with me. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our engagement with Weblii has been one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had with a company; I always know what I can expect from them. Their dedication and passion to make a huge difference has been impressive. They’re also knowledgeable, honest, creative, and energetic. I’ve had not-so-nice experience with other companies, and that’s the reason why I find Weblii very personable. Overall, the team goes above and beyond with their services by listening to my requirements and sharing their ideas. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

To be honest, there’s nothing that comes to my mind because our experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and they’ve always paid attention to our needs. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Tell Roman exactly what you’re looking for. If you need any help, he can come up with things that you don’t even know about. If you don’t know what you’re looking for, they will give you suggestions and guide you through the process.

For what projects/services did your company hire Weblii, and what were your goals?

Clutch Properties is a brand new Real Estate Team and we needed a website to be developed from the ground up. We needed Weblii to create the framework, design, and functionality of our website from scratch.

How did you select Weblii and what were the deciding factors?

We were interviewing many different companies online and then we stumbled on Weblii.co through a referral. We interviewed them, they agreed to take on the project and offered a very competitive rate. They did an excellent job and communicated with us through the entire process.
