 I am the Founder & Online Course Provider of an education company

We provide online biology and chemistry courses for international students preparing for the PCE university entrance exams in Spain. Our services include recorded lessons, problem-solving support, live tutoring sessions, and academic guidance for students applying to Spanish universities.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Hbdev to accomplish?

• Develop a secure multi-platform DRM system for distributing protected educational content to enrolled students, with controlled access, user authorization, cross-device support, and ongoing hosting and technical maintenance.
• Give enrolled students controlled access to protected course materials across desktop and mobile devices while reducing unauthorized sharing.
• Centralize student accounts, device permissions, content access, hosting, and ongoing technical support in one reliable system.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

HBDev created and continues to maintain a secure platform that allows me to share my recorded biology and chemistry courses with enrolled students while controlling who can access the content.

The platform includes an admin area where I can manage students, give or remove access, manage devices, and organize the course materials. My students can use the application on iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows, and macOS.

It also helps prevent casual unauthorized sharing and makes it much harder for regular users to copy or distribute the course content without permission. HBDev handled the setup, publishing, hosting, updates, and ongoing technical support. The platform is currently used by more than 30 students.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The platform is currently used by more than 30 students to access protected course content across multiple devices. It has significantly reduced the time I spend distributing materials and managing access manually. I can add or remove students, control device access, and provide support more efficiently from one place.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

My previous platform stopped working, so I needed a replacement urgently. HBDev understood the situation and delivered the applications in less than a month. Communication was very fast, my requests were handled quickly, and any issues or changes were addressed immediately. The platform was launched on time and HBDev has continued to provide reliable support and updates since then.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was how quickly HBDev understood the urgency of my situation and delivered a complete multi-platform solution. In less than a month, the platform was ready for students to use on iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows, and macOS. The ongoing support has also been very responsive, and changes or issues are handled quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hbdev could have done differently?

There were no major issues. Because the platform had to be delivered very quickly, having a more detailed written onboarding guide at launch would have been helpful. However, HBDev was always available to explain everything and provide support whenever needed.
