We are a sales and marketing company. Clients outsource their sales and marketing to us. I am the Executive Assistant and Trinity Marketing.

For what projects/services did your company hire HatchHouse Digital?

We wanted to increase the traffic through our website to promote to new client. We also required our website to be developed to increase awareness of our services we have to offer.

What were your goals for this project?

We only required the website to be cleaned up and streamlined. We didn't want to blow the budget so any suggestions from Hatchhouse were greatly appreciated. They guided us in the right direction and showed their expertise.

They designed our website to include up to date videos and images. Matthew also redesigned the layout and removed a lot of the stock images we had. We rebranded our services to offer clarity to clients and visitors to the page. Matthew recommended to include training material on the website to show greater insight. Matthew was able to show us how to use the right keywords on the website to drive traffic to the page as well.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Immediately we started to receive an influx of enquiries through our website. We have only just completed the last changes to the website so I am keen to receive feedback from visitors to the page.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was very impressive. Matthew was very reliable and efficient. Nothing was too much to change if I changed my mind. Matthew was very quick to respond also.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Overall I was extremely happy with Matthew's work. He did a brilliant job in executing the changes we required. Matthew was always professional and helpful with ideas.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No I don't believe so. Matthew communicated effectively and met deadlines and expectations.

I found them through a referral. We tried a different project at first, but it didn’t work out. However, I liked their style of work, so when this project landed in my lap, I reached back out to HatchHouse Digital.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s a really good website; HatchHouse Digital did a great job on it. They kept it simple and informative, but the look and feel differentiate the client from their competition. We’re now working on getting better photography for the website, a suggestion pushed by HatchHouse Digital. 

How did HatchHouse Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Matthew was very good at setting expectations. We had a clear roadmap for the timeline and deliverables. He also was very good at taking and turning around on feedback. I could provide feedback in the afternoon, and the next morning, the work would be done. The only problem was that my client was slow in providing feedback given that the project started around the holidays. However, HatchHouse Digital was great about moving quickly to help push the client along. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We saw great value for our money. I sent a brief to a number of agencies, and HatchHouse Digital was neither the least nor the most expensive option. They were also incredibly to easy to do business with. They were always professional and never made a hassle, even when I had to be the go-between for my client. They were a pleasure to work with. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think so. It’s only been one project. As we do other projects together, we’ll see how it goes. 

Any advice for potential customers?

Have clear communication and a clear outline of the work you want to be done. Give them what I call the freedom of a typed brief: provide clear direction for their team, and then let them do their thing. They won’t give you exactly what you ask for; they’ll give you something better with a lot of added value.

We didn’t do a whole lot of online sales; a lot was B2B. We had a website but it was quite old. We needed a company to redesign and redevelop the whole website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They redesigned the website. We were really concentrated on our UX, which they really delivered on. We’re a franchise, and the global office is in the UK so we wanted to have a similar website to theirs. We wanted to tie in simply with that design, along with a couple of other partners that we have. They really delivered well on that. We also wanted to move from WordPress to Webflow, which is a lot better.

The website is now finished but we’re still working with them. They’re really on board for any questions we have. I have another company that my friend was setting up and I used them for that as well. They also designed that website.

I spoke to a friend of mine who owns a gym, and he used them. I had a few tenders out but meshed with HatchHouse Digital’s presentation and pitch. They were also competitively priced compared to the other tenders we got back.

We’re really happy with them. We’ve been live for only three weeks, but our sales have already increased. Visitor interaction with our website has gone up as well. The deadline to go live was the end of February, but it wasn’t ready to go until December. The delay was on our end; it was a busy time for us.

Communication is really good. We use email, Teams, WhatsApp, and phone. They delivered before deadlines.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our client gave us a brief. They wanted us to drive customers to podcasts through creating six different webpages. Those webpages had to display whitepapers, infographics, and as much detail as possible. It had to adhere to their guidelines as well as ours internally.

After giving Matthew the brief, he quickly created six or seven webpages that we could identify the purpose of each page.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Overall, we were happy with all of the work. We went from being unable to drive any traffic to the podcasts to being able to drive around 2,000 to one podcast alone. It also had over 300 views at the time. The website was delivered to us in a week. From a design point of view, the webpages were brilliant.

Matthew was brilliant. Throughout the engagement, he was extremely helpful and meticulous in his work. He was also extremely professional. Despite it being a big job, any feedback or changes I had, he fixed it right away.

I’d highly recommend working with HatchHouse Digital and their seamless service.

From a project management standpoint, it was very good. I’m a perfectionist. If I sent Matthew an email, he was quick to reply.

Overall, I was extremely happy working with Matthew. Not only did he deliver results and drive leads, which resulted in revenue for the business. I can’t recommend them enough. He was extremely proactive and hardworking, coming to me with any suggestions.

No. To be honest, I can’t fault the service. It was a smooth and seamless process. He understood our needs and wants.

Be clear and concise in what you want. If a client isn’t quite sure, feel free to ask Matthew for advice. He has a broad range of skills. Whenever I bounced ideas off him, it was great to get the feedback. As a startup company, they’re eager to grow and help out.

He looks after the emails with the reviews to make sure people are getting a review with a reward voucher for their reviews once their order has been delivered to them.

Matthew is doing really well. I am seeing more and more followers come on board and new customers sign up every day and place orders. He shows me monthly records. Sales are increasing more and more. He’s on target. I’m happy with the website. It looks nice. I see a lot of likes on all the photos and a lot of new followers all the time. He’s top notch and I like him a lot. He’s really on the ball and has proven himself month over month.

How did HatchHouse Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Matthew is really devoted to doing the job properly. Any time I get in touch with him, he does what I need really well. I’m very happy with him. We don’t really have a deadline, but we have an agreement that he’s committed to try and increase the sales month by month. He shows me what’s been done and what he’s doing to get more customers. I can count on him for everything. He’s very reliable. He always answers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I gave him access to be connected to the whole thing that happens with Yaundry. He’s very careful and pays a lot of attention when something comes up. I approached Matthew and told him we want to approach the corporate businesses and offer them a discount. He’s going to try and target that as well and try to find people through LinkedIn. He’s trying to promote Yaundry more and more. He’s very committed and I’m very happy with him.

No, through Matthew, I learn a lot. He’s doing everything possible through social media to promote Yaundry.

Matthew is very confident and very keen to find out anything possible in any way to promote and make sure he finishes a project the way it needs to be done. I would recommend him 100%. He’s an absolutely amazing guy.

I’m the owner of Wunderbook. It’s a booking system app that can be used for guitar lessons, yoga studios, health pros, and more.

I didn’t have any of the technical done for the app. I needed someone who could handle the development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Matt (Founder) handled everything along the way of this project. The mobile app was the main part. I had drawn up specs with images and type. He wrote the actual spec so coders could read it, including things I hadn’t even considered, such as passwords. He then acted as a go-between for me with the developers, correcting their code, fixing bugs, instructing them whenever they messed up. 

We used a backend system called Ionic. He also built the website and will help with marketing once the app is launched.

I found them through Google and saw their website. I met with Matt and was convinced he could handle the project.

I don’t have any measurables because the app isn’t finished. We do have some live users testing it. Whenever issues arise, Matt talks with the offshore developers to get it fixed, because if the testers can’t load the app, they can’t test it. I’m delighted with the work done by HatchHouse. I wouldn’t have been able to get the app up and running without them.

How did HatchHouse Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We met often in the beginning to sort things out, but now it’s only as needed. We communicate through Skype, Microsoft Teams, email, and messages. We do three-way calls with the developers as needed as well. Communication with Matt is easy; he’s always available.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I wouldn’t have reached the level of communication with the developers without Matt. Dealing with the developers has been a nightmare. Matt looks over their coding and fixes issues. He goes above and beyond the agreed-upon time that he’s contracted to spend on the project weekly.
