Iam heading Corporate Secretarial department for VFS Global which is present in more than 200 plus countries

Hashtag is associated with VFS Global since 2017 and they are assisting us in various corporate matters like, incorporation of company, liquidations of company, HR matters, Visa matters, various attestation and acts as advisory to the company in UAE.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a trust worthy, sound & cost effective legal support for our corporate & business requirements and provide smart solutions for business submissions so as to ensure that things continue to run smoothly throughout the life of our business.

How did you select Hashtag Startup?

We did an extensive research and interviewed more than 10 consultants in UAE before finalizing upon Hashtag for their in depth understanding of business challenges in UAE, their competitive rates, assurance on faster turnaround time to all business requirements and their positive and willing attitude to support VFS grow

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organisations / authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two .

Provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licenses to the company and its group , adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices.

Liaise with embassies / foreign diplomatic missions to enable business visits. drafting and reviewing of Board Resolutions and Power of Attorneys, and so on.

the scope has been ever increasing since the time we engaged Hashtag due to their professional services

What was the team composition?

I was interacting with the owner of this firm and the firm had sufficient work strength to support VFS.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Hashtag supported the company get redomiciled to UAE and from their own they have worked as an integral part of the company growth not just within UAE but also for across border requirements.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have been associated with Hashtag since 2017 and the relation is only growing strong. The workflow has never been negatively impacted.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Positive attitude of Hashtag Owner i.e. Abdullah Faris, the willingness to take any challenging timebound assignments and the confidence to perform in all situation. He possessed the required expertise, experience, knowledge, and skill set.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None. We are completely satisfied with their service and we shall only be recommending them to others for their overall effectiveness.
