What challenge were you trying to address with HashDev?

We hired HashDev to overhaul our digital infrastructure and transition our autism and neurodevelopmental care services into a high-performance platform. Our primary objective was to replace a basic web presence with a custom, high-speed WordPress build that could handle complex patient inquiries through integrated AI workflows. Specifically, we needed to automate our intake processes to reduce administrative burden, optimize our site for elite Core Web Vitals to ensure a seamless experience for parents, and implement a robust technical SEO strategy to dominate local search rankings for specialized therapeutic care.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The results were clear almost immediately after launch. Our site speed is night and day compared to what we had before—we're now hitting 95+ on PageSpeed scores, which has made the mobile experience much smoother for our families. On the business side, the AI intake system HashDev built has been a huge time-saver. It’s reduced our manual paperwork by about 30%, allowing us to handle more inquiries without getting overwhelmed. We’ve also seen a roughly 40% increase in organic search traffic, which has led to a consistent stream of new consultation bookings.We tracked this through the monthly performance reports HashDev provides, which pull data directly from Google Search Console and GA4. I don't spend much time digging into the technical dashboards myself, but the reports clearly show the growth in organic clicks and impressions since the new site went live. More importantly, I can see the result in my inbox—the number of new inquiry forms coming through the site has visibly increased alongside those search numbers.We mainly tracked the reduction in manual paperwork by looking at our staff’s weekly workflow. How did HashDev perform from a project management standpoint?

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

What stood out most was how they balanced high-level tech with actual business common sense. It’s rare to find a developer who understands both AI automation and the human side of an autism care center. They didn't just build a website; they built a system that makes my day-to-day work easier.Their ability to take a complex idea—like automating our patient intake with AI—and make it look simple and user-friendly for our families was impressive. They were also incredibly proactive. I never had to chase them for updates; they were usually one step ahead of me, suggesting improvements to the site’s speed or SEO that I hadn't even thought of. They truly felt like a partner in the business rather than just an outside vendor.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, the technical delivery was spot on. If I had to pick one thing, it’d be that in the beginning, the technical options for the AI integration were so broad that it took us a little extra time to narrow down exactly which path to take. However, their team was great at walking me through the pros and cons of each, which ultimately led us to the right decision. Now that I see the results, I’m glad we took that extra time to get the strategy right, but it’s the only part of the process that felt like it needed more back-and-forth.
