I’m the owner of Gates Prosthetics & Mobility Clinic, a medical company that provides custom and handcrafted prosthetics and orthotics for patients.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Hart Studio to accomplish for your company?

We hired Hart Studio for branding and logo design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hart Studio designed our brand vision, signage, logos, brand assets, badges, and brand guide. The team also created digital assets. Although they didn’t do much work on the website, they primarily built the brand and provided guidance on how to build the site. As a new startup, they gave us insight on how to set up the website independently to save on costs. Their focus was on brand development, which has grown with us, resulting in a consistent brand even three years later and no expensive rebrand. Worth every penny up front (when we counted all of them) to have a clear brand that grew with us.

We found them through the University of Arkansas's business development program. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, a great culture fit, good value for the cost, and aligned company values.

We worked together from April–May 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Hart Studio provided design options and had design meetings with us. They finished the content by the deadlines. We received positive feedback from our patients.

How did Hart Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very punctual and helpful. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed by their ability to take our mission and vision and turn it into a brand that embodied it. They captured our purpose.

Key deliverables included a fully redesigned website, pages for our available communities and homes, improved navigation, updated company information, photo and content organization, and a structure that allows us to continue adding new listings and communities as needed. He also helped make sure the website felt easy to use and aligned with our brand.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest measurable outcome for us is that we now have one central place to send buyers, real estate agents, and other contacts for information about our company, communities, and available homes. This has made our marketing process more efficient because we can use the website across email campaigns, social media, listing promotions, and direct conversations.

Nathan managed the project well and was very responsive throughout the process. He communicated clearly, delivered items in a timely manner, and was helpful whenever we had questions or needed updates. He was flexible with our needs and made the process feel easy from start to finish.

In addition to the rebrand, Nathan designed and built our new website on the WordPress platform.
