For what projects/services did your company hire Happyusers, and what were your goals?

I reached out to them as they were highly recommended to me in creating a mobile application.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Overall the source that recommended them is very trustworthy and has standards that I felt would match what I was looking for in a vendor. Great management, professional, organized and flexible in very specific taking direction.

The application its self had an established design package when I approached them. Once reviewed, we worked initially together in setting up expectations, timelines, and approaches.

Once the creative was understood we went through phases of user functionality with each stage being worked through in review sessions held weekly. Here the team took great direction both on design and function.

Always reassuring with their revisions and further deliverables. Overall this iterative process continued until the mobile app was complete and released in stores.

2 Team members for a small application. 1 management and 1 developer. I handled design and animation notes that were implemented.

The mobile app is in its infancy so having a great team to trust was a priority.

Weekly meetings held by the project manager, developer, and I to review milestones. Communication was clear as were expectations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a personal level of care for the project they are working on. Also, their sense of clarity in communicating their understanding of the intended goal.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As they expand as a team, their online presence has certainly elevated and further substantiated their reputation.

In our proect there was the need to setup a highly customized scraper with Python using the Tor-Browser.

The goal was to build a working base setup for our scraper.

I new the owner of the company personally and have seen some work they have done in the past.

With the help of Happyusers we were able to setup our scraper sucessfully and could continue to work on it.

we used mainly Skype for communication and github for deployment

The team completed the platform quickly, and they thought a lot of ideas on how to improve the software.

Build a website for a volumetric video player to showcase the next new technology on the web.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Happy Users came recommended by our strategic partners where they are developing for XR3ngine and the applications associated. They know the code and know how to add value to it.

Our company supplied a basic style guide for our brand. Happy Users created a modern style REACT site with video, adding volumetric player support and menus and contact page. We supplied content and encoded clips, while Happy Users helped us manage our AWS and cloudfront.

A team manager introduced me to the designer, site developer, player engineer and AWS support engineer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website launched successfully and the volumetric player is working as designer.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We maintained regular communication in discord where we collaborated with engineers and received updates from them quickly in our group channels.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are able to work on a lot of different types of projects with skill. They are friendly and communicate directly, updating progress often. Their pricing is very fair too.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Needing immediate fixes was challenging at times, given our time zone differences, but short notice was given.

I am CEO of an educational company, named Think brick. We do robotic courses for children in order to allow them to learn about robotics.

we have built an amazing top of the game website with a very high user experience

they were very personal considerate and understanding of our companies needs

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Together with Happy Users, we have created a very unique project. Our contact was based on relationships and I think that is why we succeed; because of personal contact. Usually, when we approach other companies they are afraid of personal relationships and they want to do things their own way. In HU it was different. They could accept my knowledge in my specific area, and we decided together that I could manage the project myself. In addition to their expertise in Web GL and three.js, they are also flexible; we had to change several times, and they were always available to do everything that they could to ensure our project's success. In short, with Happy Users’ cooperation, it was not only about “my” project but “our mutual” project. That is why we have succeeded!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I hope they stick to their values, even if they get bigger. I hope they dont forguet this ¨personal connection value¨ that they have now!
