Hand On Web Ltd is a Chester-based web, SEO and AI automation company helping small and growing UK businesses improve their online presence, capture more leads and reduce repetitive work.
Based at the Riverside Innovation Centre in Chester city centre, we combine web design, SEO, Google visibility, AI receptionists, smart chatbots and workflow automation under one roof. Our clients deal directly with the people doing the work, with no handover to junior account managers or offshore teams.
Our web design work focuses on fast, conversion-led websites built with SEO in mind from day one. We work with Next.js, WordPress, Shopify and WooCommerce, and can integrate websites with CRM systems, booking tools, payments, AI chat and voice systems.
For SEO, we support local businesses with technical SEO, content strategy, Google Business Profile optimisation, local landing pages, keyword research and generative engine optimisation to improve visibility not only on Google, but also across AI search tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
Our AI services include voice receptionists, RAG-powered chatbots, missed-call handling, appointment booking, lead qualification, CRM updates and custom n8n automations. We build practical systems around the way each business already works rather than forcing clients into generic templates.
