Haiori designs and builds web platforms and business applications for organisations that need software shaped around how they work: client portals, onboarding and operational applications, and the integrations that connect them to the systems already in use.
The studio is founder-led. Daniel Șotropa, a senior software engineer and team leader, leads every engagement and stays hands-on in engineering, technical decisions and review; when a project needs more hands, Haiori works with a small circle of trusted senior contractors.
Work starts with the people who will use the software and the task they need to complete, followed by a defined first release: users, workflow, priorities, acceptance criteria, and exclusions. From there, Haiori implements, tests, launches and hands over, with responsibilities and support agreed up front.
We build in TypeScript and Python: Angular or React interfaces, NestJS or FastAPI services, chosen to fit the client's team rather than a house preference. Modernizing existing applications, project scoping, technical direction, and practical AI for a specific workflow are available where needed.
Based in Iași, Romania; working remotely with clients in Romania and Europe.
