I was looking to have a complete website designed, developed, and launched. The goal was to create a modern, user-friendly, and fully responsive website that would work well on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. The website needed to reflect my brand and support my business objectives.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was completed as planned, and the website was delivered on time and within the expected budget. After the launch, I noticed some improvement in user experience, especially in how the site worked across different devices. Visitor engagement also improved slightly, with more form submissions and inquiries coming through. Overall, the feedback from users and team members was generally positive, indicating that the project met its goals.

Their project management was organized and generally efficient. They communicated regularly and kept me informed about the progress at each stage. Most deliverables were completed on time, and when there were minor delays, they clearly explained the reasons and adjusted the schedule accordingly. They were open to feedback and responsive to my needs, making necessary changes without much hassle. Overall, it was a smooth experience working with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most about GYB was their cooperative attitude and willingness to take on any task without hesitation. They were always open to new requests and worked diligently to meet our needs, never refusing or pushing back on challenges. Their positive approach made the entire process much smoother and more collaborative.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GYB Commerce could have done differently?

While the overall experience was positive, one area for improvement could be clearer communication around project timelines and minor delays.

We needed help with building our e-commerce website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

GYB Commerce developed and designed our e-commerce website from scratch. They added all of our products to the site, enhanced its speed, and implemented various functionalities, including a messaging feature and payment gateway. They built the site using Shopify.

We already launched the website in March 2022, and their team is currently helping us with our social media marketing and SEO efforts.

We work with 8–10 people from their side, including a project lead and web designer.

I met the founder of GYB Commerce through a friend. We also got quotations from different providers, but their team seemed to be the most suitable partner for our project.

I needed a company that could provide us with web design and development support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I hired GYB Commerce to build a website from scratch. We started the engagement by discussing my ideas and vision for the site and providing the GYB Commerce team with sample websites. They came back to me after a month with a development plan for the site. After that, they worked in phases to design and develop the actual site and create a dashboard for me.

The website is now finished, and they’re tasked with maintaining it. We are in discussions with them to create an app for my business.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The site’s traffic and response time have been excellent. I’m seeing a ₨ 150,000 (Approximately $670 USD) increase in my sales per month, which has allowed me to expand my operations to three other areas in my city. Right now, we’re doing around 25–30 deliveries per day.

How did GYB Commerce perform from a project management standpoint?

GYB Commerce performed well in terms of project management. They delivered on time, and all the delays were from my side.
