What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They did manage to arrange four meetings per week. However, we have had very little commercial success as a result, particularly with the campaigns on our technology.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was good in terms: 

1. Weekly updates on progress 
2. Providing details of the organisations and individuals with whom they had arranged meetings, including details of the conversations that they's had. 

However, they were poor at following up with prospective meetings to ensure that the individual with whom the meeting had been arranged could still attend or was still with the company. As a result, they were also poor in arranging replacement meetings for "no-shows".

What was your primary form of communication with Gungho Marketing?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were able to access a wide range of prospective clients and market our business clearly and succinctly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Gungho Marketing could have done differently?

Closer to the data of a meeting, check with prospective meeting attendees that they can still make the call and arrange follow-up meetings for no shows.

Outbound lead generation for our business for a period of c.12 months. Given they already were active in our space they came recommended and told us that they had an active database of hot leads in our sector.

Leads and sales.

Changed personnel a couple of times. Good leadership who talk a good game, their actual lead generation personnel thin on the ground.
