Developed an e-commerce system and created my website. Also provided email marketing, content, marketing and other marketing automations to expand my audience and create more brand awareness. Also provided SEO to rank better on search engines.

Great communication. They were very responsive and patient with our barrage of requests :). We've created a great relationship that we even continue now for our ongoing marketing efforts. 

They helped us hire and currently manage our employee offshore. They help as a medium and extend our management offshore to our employee which helps us feel connected. Helped me even remember my employee’s birthday and helped deliver a cake to him. Overall really good experience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Highly skilled and at the same very honest in their communications which I appreciated a lot. At one point they lacked a certain capability and communicated that, but then also solved the issue for me and provide ongoing support.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GT Procurement could have done differently?

I have no complains. It would help them if they express their skillset and capabilities in more detail during their outreach as they have a lot more to offer than initially expected. I feel if people have acomprehensive list of all the services they can expand their engagement further with clients and would also help with client acquisition.
