Update: I've setup the initial website on wordpress via Woocommerce, WCFM and a DOKAN theme plugin. I need help setting up the below mentioned features virtual appointment booking, video chat, chat messages, payments, sign-ins as a PHASE 1 in a PHASE 2 I will include further features like news feeds, customer logins, digital assessment questionnaires, milestone/goal setting features, and a social media aspect where customers can connect and follow each other and post photo/video updates on their individual profile pages. Some key features needs: -Sign ins -Scheduling -Video Chat -Payments -social media -video news feeds

Yes, they were always on time and met deadlines. They were responsive when requests were made and planned ahead as well as provided updates to what phases they were working on and where they were at nearing completion.

They got to work right away and needed little explanation. They were able ot grasp the concepts of the porjects I put forward and deliver according to expectations.

Perhaps the only area of improvement could be on design elements. The work they have done is great, and they thoroughly check their work to ensure processes run smooth. However the UI and design elements are basic and they could have value from delivering visibly impactful and beautiful designs. For example the video chat function they created for me is flawless in function and the experience was great, however the design of the video chat window is just a black screen on a white page with call buttons - there could be an opportunity here to add a bit more visually appealing that I believe would make customers feel more impressed.

Searched online and found them in a resource database of programmers looking for work.

Scopes of work are provided and the programmers work not just on one site but many of our client sites. The work can be original design and custom code all the way down to just posting a new pdf file. Wordpress and PHP was the brunt of the code. All work is report complete or ongoing that I can look at when my morning starts. (12 hours difference in time zones)

A main project contact was my first level with 2-3 programmers working on my tasks.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Deliverables are good quality and because they are worked on when my clients are sleeping - they are happy to see them so soon. Most work is done in an evening, but coding arrives where we may work on a project for weeks in a row. They know how I want no downtime or errors and have worked to test and review their work to my satisfaction and the clients.

Communication is done via Skype with different chats for different projects. I work with the programmers directly and reach out to my project lead if something is not being understood or I have new work that requires all of us to brainstorm and create different paths to complete.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Being responsible to show up for work, communicate about the work, and then come through the same day with updates for many clients. PST clients love to see things done fast and correctly - that is how the work is completed.

As with any new programmer, we worked through communication issues in the beginning and how I needed things done for my clients. Once these were all understood things went smoothly.
