I’m the founder of Purvi Collections, a customer-focused fashion brand serving shoppers through both online and offline stores. Every collection is thoughtfully curated to match modern lifestyles while remaining affordable and wearable.

What challenge were you trying to address with Growww Tech?

As the founders of Purvi Collections, a homegrown women's fashion brand that has evolved from an Instagram store into a multi-branch outlet over the past five years, we reached a point where digital automation became an absolute necessity. Prior to finding Growww Tech, we struggled intensely with scaling. We had previously hired three different companies to build our app and website, and every single time, the platforms crashed or failed to handle our high order volumes.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Growww Tech has built a Shopify site and automated our marketing and customer communication. The team has also built apps and done all necessary integrations on their own without any hassle. The team has taken care of complex payment gateways, implemented Magic Checkout, and set up seamless delivery, shipping, and marketing integrations. Growww Tech has also integrated WhatsApp automation to handle our customer queries automatically. The team has integrated a Shopify website, Bitespeed marketing integration, Razorpay, Easebuzz payment gateways, custom-built inventory integration, and Flutter apps.

The results of Growww Tech's work have been immediate. Within the first three days, we could see that the website was scaling perfectly under pressure. Thanks to Growww Tech, we have seen a 3x increase in our revenue and are finally enjoying extreme peace of mind knowing our operations and customer service are fully automated. We’ve also seen a 95% reduction in customer support calls and a 100% reduction in payment frauds.

Growww Tech's project management is the best part of their work. The team delivers on time and has a dedicated portal app with all tasks pre-listed, which displays utmost transparency. We communicate with Growww Tech through in-person and virtual meetings.
