I’m the founder of Virtustant, an international recruitment platform specializing in sourcing and screening remote talent for the US, Canadian, and LATAM markets. We offer tailored staffing solutions and fast, data-driven matches for a variety of roles.

What challenge were you trying to address with Growbi?

I connected with Ben looking for an outside perspective on our marketing. We’re a bootstrapped company, and paid acquisition was something we had never really figured out on our own.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Growbi provides marketing strategy consulting. Ben has done a full review of how we acquire clients, covering paid acquisition, our lead funnel, and our lead follow-up process. He’s identified what’s working, where we’re losing leads, and what to prioritize.

The main deliverables are a clear assessment of our current marketing and a set of specific, prioritized strategies tailored to our business model. Ben has put significant time into understanding how we operate before making recommendations, and the guidance is detailed enough for us to act on right away.

Moreover, Growbi leads the strategy side. Ben works with us directly on how our campaigns should be structured, where our funnel needs to change, and how to tighten our follow-up process. He gives us specific direction on each, not general principles, so our in-house team can execute it without guesswork. Having Growbi set the direction and our own team carry it out works well for us since we already have the people in place, and what we need is the expertise.

Thanks to Growbi’s work, we’ve seen a 10x ROI, a higher ROAS, a lower lead cost, and higher quality leads. Specifically, our ROI has spiked from 200% to 1,000%, our ROAS has increased from 5 to 15, and our lead cost has decreased from $130 to $30.
