Are there any areas for improvement or something Grow Your Staff could have done differently?

One area that could be improved is communication and coordination across the staffing relationship. Since remote staffing involves the employee, staffing provider, and client company, having even more proactive check-ins and clearer communication around expectations, feedback, and any changes could make the experience even smoother.
My overall experience has been positive, and these would be improvements to an already effective remote staffing model rather than major issues.
