Grid&Glow designed and built a complete website for our cleaning company from scratch. We needed a professional, fast site where potential clients could explore our services, view pricing, and request a quote, plus a simple way for us to manage everything ourselves without any coding. They handled the full project end to end: site structure, page design, front-end development, deployment, and business email setup. On top of that, they built us a custom admin panel so we can keep the site updated on our own.
Key deliverables:
A full multi-page website: Home, Services (Residential, Commercial, Airbnb / Short-Term Rental), Pricing, About, and Contact. A quote request form capturing client details (name, phone, email, service type, frequency, number of rooms, city, message). We receive an instant notification for each request, and the client automatically gets a confirmation email. A custom admin dashboard to manage pricing by category, update photos and media, edit business hours, add and sort customer reviews, update contact info, and change security settings, all changes go live instantly. Corporate email setup connected to the request form. Branding elements and print material previews (business card) generated from live company data. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use pages. A fully responsive design with fast load times across mobile and desktop.
The site was delivered ready to use, and we started taking client requests through it right away.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The website was delivered on schedule and on budget. We went from having no online presence to a fast, fully responsive site with clear service pages and an online quote form. Within the first weeks we started receiving customer inquiries directly through the form instead of only by phone, which saved us time and made it easier to track requests. Page load times are quick, the site works smoothly on mobile, and being able to update pricing and reviews ourselves through the admin panel means we no longer have to pay or wait for changes. Overall it gave the business a credible, professional presence and a direct channel for new leads.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The most impressive part was the custom admin panel they built, where we can update our own pricing, photos, and reviews anytime, with no coding and no need to go back to a developer. Most agencies don't offer that. They also really understood what a cleaning business needs from its site instead of using a generic template, which made the whole thing feel tailored to us.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Grid&Glow could have done differently?
Honestly, nothing major. If anything, there were a couple of moments early on where I wanted to see options faster, but once we got going the pace was great. Overall the project went smoothly and I don't have real complaints.
