Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a Co-founder of Idriss. We are building solutions that simplify crypto transactions.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Green Code Studio, and what were your goals?

To grow faster, we were dependent on outside developers. Building a npm library and chrome extension were at the heart of this outsourced project.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We consulted different freelancers for this job and went with the most professional in terms of communicating style and online appearance. This is the only thing we can rely on in this online world. We were not disappointed at all!

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

After a call in which we discussed the main functionalities, we defined two key deliverables. First, a web plugin for the Chrome Web Store was the focus. Second, a npm library resolving our api was delivered. After each step, we discussed several points that needed to be changed. This was due to us wanting to add features and Mateusz was great working all of our wishes into the product.

There was one developer (Mateusz).

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are able to now approach third party wallet providers. The solutions built enable our service to be integrated in other products and used by everyone using CWS.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

All deadlines for this project were met and communication was on point. We never felt left out in the process and all of our wishes were implemented correctly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a clear communication style and quickly deliver work. Communication via Whatsapp and Zoom.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In the scope of our small products I did not experience any room for improvement.
