I’m the owner of Kolokotronis Huile d’Olive Grecque. A company located in Bretagne of France which imports and distributes greek olive oil extra virgin.

I needed a logo, packaging services for my products and a custom, fully responsive website for Kolokotronis company.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online (Google) for web designers and developers in our area. After contacting them, we chose this vendor based on their past projects, design skills and cost estimate.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered sketches for the logo and, afterwards, for our website. We monitored the whole process via their project management tool, so it was easy to provide feedback. After a few revisions, their team designed our logo and our website. Finally, they developed a custom, fully-responsive WordPress website.

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. They were also a developer and a designer working behind the scenes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our website is a new one so I cannot compare it with any previous versions. However, we see our incoming leads doubled month over month.

We monitored the process in real-time through their project management tool. Their project management was amazing, as we were part of the entire process and experienced no delays.

Their professionalism and the premium quality of their services. Also, their support is just amazing; the project was delivered in last September but they still contact us asking for feedback and trying to help us grow faster.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don’t think there’s anything they should improve on. They just need to keep up the great work they already do.
