I’m the owner of a home decor store called CG Dekor.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenges were you trying to address with Graphyze?

I needed help with creating my business cards, banners, logo, etc. I’m good at using Canva, but  I needed someone with more expertise who could do something out of the box for me.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I had a call with Graphyze, during which I explained everything I needed from them; it was a very easy conversation. I then sent them a draft I made that they could use as a reference. From there, Graphyze proceeded with the work and has given me several drafts and samples to choose from.

What was the team composition?

I just worked with the owner of their company; he was my first and direct contact.

How much have you invested in them?

I spent about $150 in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with Graphyze in February 2023, and it’s an ongoing collaboration.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The designs that Graphyze has made are great; they use colors that are both soft and flashy. As a result, they’ve helped me create more awareness about my business, and I’ve been receiving very good feedback about their work. Also, they’ve really helped me save a lot of time and stress because I’ve only just started my company. Overall, the results of our collaboration have been good.

How did they perform in terms of project management?

Their communication skills are great — they’re very responsive, and I’m always able to ask questions. They provide great feedback as well. All of their inputs have helped me move forward with the process of putting my business outside.

Moreover, the work they’ve done is within budget, and we’ve been working very well despite working in different time zones. They’re very adaptive to my needs. We communicate with them mostly using WhatsApp.
