Galaide Professional Services, Inc., does business as GPSI Guam, and was co-founded by Albert Taitano Yanger and Frankie Perez Dumanal in December 2010.

GPSI Guam is a Professional Technical Services Company, headquartered in Hagatña, Guam. We are a SBA Native 8(a) and HUBZone certified, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), providing Program/Project Management, administration, management, technical support, general contracting, logistics, commodities, and training resources.

Our mission is to deliver dedicated quality professional services. Clients receive valuable military, federal, private sector, and local native experience to facilitate and mitigate solutions in support of their requirements.  GPSI Guam and partners share mutual goals and accomplishments with collaborative efforts to employ a culture of “Teaming For Success”. With operations on the Island of Guam, GPSI Guam supports our private, GovGuam, and federal clients wherever they are situated.

GPSI Guam is registered in the System of Awards Management (SAM) as an authorized and vetted contractor for the federal government.
