I’m the owner of a Executive and Organizational Development Coaching business.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Goddard Strategies, and what were your goals?

I had paid another contract to develop my website in August 2022. The developer ghosted me when I asked for corrections to the site due to certain functions not working. Every time I reached out, the developer would have an excuse as to why they couldn’t meet. So, I reached out to Goddard to see if they could complete the project since they were a local company. I need the site complete to launch my business.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched with vendors and met them them. I got proposals for scope of work and price. I chose Godard due to their extensive analysis. Some companies didn’t even check out the site and just gave me a price, which was concerning.

Errol had to add a 4 email funnel and find a workaround to do that as the theme was incorrect for what the developer built. Integrate a scheduling system that worked with the site. Update the photos and some layout issues. Integrate a questionnaire into the booking system that is required.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

One person was assigned to finish the development of the cite.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The cite is working as intended and Errol is making videos so that I can continue to manage the cite without breaking things.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How caring they are and responsive. They met my needs and cared about me as a person. John really went the extra mile to help me when he didn’t have to. I can’t wait until my business is in a position to pay it forward to someone else and pay him back for his kindness.
