Second, they replaced our former third-party, so there was no upheaval and distraction when changing all of the technical resources. Lastly, they also maintain high levels of support dealing with updates, adding new features and ensuring maintenance is effective and professional.

A major consequence has been the results Using the new platform, we have ensured better client engagement as we can respond quickly as well as in real-time we are able to see where all the shipments are. There is also increased operational efficiency in terms of scheduling and tracking of the jobs which previously took hours and now can be completed within minutes. The fact that the transition was made without any impact to our daily operations means that not only were we not bothered by to the switch, but the ongoing management of our new vendor has meant that our updates are being done quicker and we can get our issues addressed faster.
